Full Description
the Gobi are one of the few Aimaq tribes that still speak Mongol. They are located a bit south and some distance east of Herat. Their weavings are primal and honest but rarely, if ever, very fancy. The attribution of this example is based on the weave, limited palette, and strong primal iconography.
