Full Description
we have seen many mina khani Veramin rugs but this one is different. Though the materials are typically tribal (wool, camel, & goat) the hard tight manner in which the knots and wefts are packed is more reminiscent of urban commercial carpets such as Bidjars than what we expect from tribal carpets. The palette does not contradict this supposition, the colors are definitely of a higher quality and wider variety than other Qadjar or Veramin weavings that we know. In addition, the materials live up to this claim.
